iPhone 4 - AT&T USA - Weired problem after unlock

Hi,

I just unlocked iPhone 4 with your service.
The phone was working fine up 'till now using turbo-sim.
After the unlock I restored the phone to latest iOS and tried to use it...
I'm getting this error when connecting to iTunes

There is a problem with your iPhone.

Probably not, bought from the US and I find it hard to believe that someone reported it stolen...
It was unlocked, I checked with paid service, twice.

Ok, what does it mean when you say that it was replaced?
I unlocked replaced phones before with no problems and no error messages like this...
