E63 unlock code error - GSM-Forum

Hi there you sent me the unlock code for an E63 (SL3) this morning but it is not the correct code. I notice the record of it on my client area on risanserver.com has disappeared. First time I have used you guys so would appreciate some help thanks (mobwort)

Ok I am still not sure what you mean bro. The phone has a 15 digit nck and it is a UK phone (which is where I am located). However I am not in the shop at the moment, but will be there in half hour. Do you mean contact by Skype? My mobile number is +447812341238 Cheers.

i think mobwort enter code by hand . today for me also same problem on nokia e-71 code error after type by hand . code accepted with cyclone by FBUS code method . just paste the code and click FBUS . all will be ok

Very faster We let it to calculate it second time..Thought may be damage hash file and get master code second time..Two Times Electricity

sometimes it is needed to "reset counters" as many wrong attempts may be done to unlock the phone entering manually the codes via keyboard and it results on key error but it happens that we must rest counters with any box we use atf,cyclone,hti etc
