I paid 16 February. Written that the unlock process takes up to 12 days. If before 28 February you can not unlock it, return the money. My client is tired of waiting for your phone. And I do not have any information even when it is unlocked. Thank you.

Tomorrow I have to give the phone. But I do not get paid, because the phone is locked. Therefore cancel the unlock process and return the money. Thank you.
If you begin the process and unlock the phone after February 28, you get what I paid for at their own expense to the client unlock.
I do not need. I want to get back the full amount.

Im sorry to hear this, but we was send you email on the time you send payment.

as imei are not in order list we can refund you.

but why you open dispute? you can email us we will refund is no problem.

I wrote on imeil mentioned on the website. I did not answer. And every day I call evil client and requests to return the phone. Usually, when I was paying unlocking always fit in time. Sorry for the fact that the process began in paypal. Just on the forum, I did not get a reply within 4 days.

Like many here I am facing a similar problem. My paypal payment has successfully been processed but my order status still appears as "unpaid"

the email address used was: venceslas.joachim(at)gmail.com and my login on Store4unlock is venceslas.joachim
