Question 4150L Mifi semi bricked?

Long story short, I overwrote all NV Items on my 4510L with NV Items from a Gusto 2. Needless to say, this broke things a bit, LED is only green on boot up, no wifi etc. I own CDMA Workshop (latest) and can connect just fine. I have the SPC, I updated the PRL and even tried writing the NV Items I found from a Mifi 2200, no luck.

1.) Is there a way to erase all NV Items so the device effectively defaults the values?
* Yes, I flashed the firmware using the verizon factory executable already

2.) Is there a full export of the NV Items from a 4510L? I am thinking this would be the simplest way to get it back into an operational state.

Many thanks.
