What kind of support?

It should be no problems with LG with using methods in CDMA Workshop.

Ive used bitpim with the env touch before and i can access its com port fine. when i try to open and read the env touch's com port in cdma workshop, it says device did not reply. when i was just using it 5 minutes ago in bitpim.

Mmmm.. strange... may be you need to use "LG EFS and NV-items unlock" checkbox on toolbar before?

I never worked with this model.

It should be no general problems with connection with LG models in CDMA Workshop. I will try it when I have this model in my hands.
