As I understand it, this is what you should do after you pay for the software. 1) Download and install software 2) Download and run the Hardware ID software and save the number for next step 3) Go to the site. Click on "cdma workshop", then click on "user panel". Once in the user panel you can enter the information to get a new copy of the software or to get a new dat file you need the following: A) License Name B) Password that they gave you c) E-mail that you used to register with D) the hardware Id from above 4) they will then send you a new dat file to replace the old one. 5) Need to be connected to the internet for software to connect with the server and authorize the software to work. Hope this helps. If you do not have your original password. Then would need to email them and have them send to the original email that you used to buy the software with. Jackie |
