I need fix to get 3.8 working on win 8 64 bit it worked before on win 7 and I got a new hardware key. And no I will not pay for 3.9 just for compatability that's stupid because there hasn't been any updates for 5 years!!

You mean 3 years not 5 and what are you wanting them to update exactly ?
CDMWS still supports almost all current qualcomm chipsets.

greeting to all, i purchase a lisence fo cdma workshop in 2013 , but i close the email when i register the software , and now my laptop crash and when i ask for a new password the company send to a old and out of use email, how update the email?
