How to get this phone in DIAGNOSTIC MODE

try *983*87274# tap on diag then select, go to menu,settings, and depending on android version (2.3)go to applications then development and check usb debug (4.0) go to developer options then check usb debug

your code did not work for my phone,my friend also gave me this but no success ##33284* Access code 983324 but when i get into this page there is no diag in list of listed app.is there any way to get my phone into diag mode
