trust me i successfully get them going with no prob all the time.

once you have the htc device plugged in, run the 16 digit test & put in msl code

goto meid, click on htc section, click write, step 1.

allow phone to restart & power back on, do not unplug or disconnect from cdma workshop

once phone is back on open dialer press ##3424# press on or ok whichever you see

go back to cdma workshop

run the 16 digit test & put in msl code

sumtimes you may not have to: run the 16 digit test & put in msl code

go back to cdma workshop

you have to do the step 1 method 2 to 3 times only & then proceed to step 2
