samsung galaxy s3 SGH 530 us cellular can't Flash plz help

Hi guys l trying almost 2 week to flash samsung galaxy s3 r530u us cellular to cricket or page plus but no success.
I use cdma workshope paid version 3.9

I connect / read fine ..
Security / Pasword ..fine -your phone unlock
Change imei success all good reset done ..

I look phone after l done noting change l dont know where l do mistake l didnt sleep 2 week plz help

R530u is with a sim
I use it overseas i just insert a sim and it works well

I never figured out how 2 get 3G with US Cellular for S3 or S4 if anyone can share any helpful info it would b much appreciated

Also when u want to use cdmaws
Send spc and 16password
Do it again and again
And wait for minutes before doing reset
I did that 3times to write data

I wish this help

I use it overseas but i cant receive calls from abroad ( only local calls) ?!!

Overseas
I use it overseas with a sim
i got 1x
(Not sure ) :
-Some one told me to get 3G i have to change its mod to nv only ( with no sim mode) and put the original sim (us cellular) in.
-or to flash Verizon modem ( i didnt try that)

I stopped to get a fix to all of that till i get solution to problem that i cant receive international calls !!
Otherwise i will use another one .
I hope u understand my bad E
