Samsung SGH-M828c how to connect phone on workshop,All drivers successfully installed and if you check on ports you find.

COM 19 SAMSUNG MOBILE USB MODEM
COM20 Samsung Android Usb Diagnostic Port (WDM)

Workshop still can't read phone always device does not answer each time i press on read button,please guide me if anything left to be done.

Same problem with LG-L85C,driver installed successfully but software can't read phone.

Please are this models supported in workshop?

Damn... right now I have the same situation with Samsung i920

Some times ago it worked just fine, but now, I can connect to the Diag COM port, but it cannot read.

In such situations just try to read your device by using other software (ex. QPST) to be sure that it is not a CDMA WoRkshop problem.

I think is not workshop problem because i have a cricket samsung in hand and it can read and write each time i connect,A friend told me i will need MSL code to be able to set diag for the samsung because if i enter ##8778# phone ask me to enter MSL code,Please is there any source for selling this soul call MSL CODE....

install with playstore ( alogcat )

open this after install
push home botton
open key bord dail ##3282#
input wrong spc like 123456
retun back & check in alogcat display ur real msl
