Put the phone in diag mode. Set up your COM ports in your flashing program(s) and get the SPC and security codes ready. Power off the phone. Pull the battery. Wait 10 seconds. Put it back in and boot the phone. Flash the phone as quickly as you can. Reboot. See if everything stuck. If it didn't, pull the battery again, wait 10 seconds, boot back up, and write whatever didn't stick.

Apparently it seems that on the Note 3, there's some kind of protection that fights you while you're trying to program the phone manually. I've noticed that it only happens after the phone has been running for a while, like all of the NV items lock. On a boot though, they seem to be released. Bug? Maybe. That particular Kit Kat build is still write-able though and therefore possible.

Someone said, that this happens (on new Android versions) because of auto switching into mode "Offline-D" on any writing operation in CDMA Workshop.

So, we added new option in Advanced settings "AutoModeOfflineD" in order to deactivate auto switching.

This new option will be available in new upcoming version of CDMA Workshop.

no it has nothing to do wit the program it self its how u get the nam files to stick with the note 3 its the same thing with hetti g the data settings to stick in the lg g2 g3 etc... because the sprint settings stay in the phone...so when u read the phone bk the important settings are still showing the sprint information even if u have the lg unlock nv item box checked that y i do the 6 time click write thing its just something i do to get the nam files to stick in the phones
