u need much more than CDMA WS 3.9 to fix IMEI on Note 3 from T-mobile..and if you want to try then tip # 1 is u dont need a 16 digit password and if it asks for one then u can probably use any 16digit password .
Good Luck

Is the Samsung Default send it and will unlock the phone BUT won't allow you to change the imei, I tried and couldn't do it. I have done it with some GSM S3 and it worked but not with the note 3. The NVM folder is locked, I wonder if there is a back door solution to open it like the "open sesame door" on HTC. Anyway if you get it working please share.

Good Luck!

I've been reading in some posts and some people claim they've been able to do it but they won't post or share the info. We need to unlock the NVM folder and have a tool that can write it.

Note 3 has write protection on the modem. .. you would need a patched modem.... There's a valid reason why only a handful of people in the WORLD can do it. . Probably best u spend your time on something useful like learning and let Pros handles this one. .

I have personally have done a couple of them already ... It is more than a simple IMEI, modem patch .... I cant release the method for many reasons .... But hopefully The creators of Nspro/z3x/Octopus Box come up with it ... Until them it wont be released ...

I'm sorry not modem patch but imei is not in efs folder but memory block inside modem? Anyways probably not just simple imei repair..When u change imei u get imei certi: fail...When u change the imei it breaks the seal setting off some type of security in the phone...I just got one in my hands so I'm gonna try playing with it...

jusmejose can u share with us the imei locations inside mmcblk0p12 and mmcblk0p13?

I know some people are swapping the motherboard, but not sure if they're swapping with the same MB or one of an international model because it is unlock already from factory and US versions are not.

Oh I'm sorry I didn't know that giving the locations of the imei was illegal...ol so past that from what I'm reading it looks like those that were successful in repair did so making changes in the EFS Folder as well as in the modem?so back up efs and modem, make repairs and flash back via Odin?
