"HTC method" in CDMA Workshop will work for most of Windows Mobile and Android-based HTC models to read SPC. For MDM9600 part of newest LTE HTC models (Thunderbolt, Rezound and future) you need to use "Universal, EFS_RAW" method in CDMA Workshop to read SPC.

In this case, the best way is to save gotten dump of memory to your hard disk and then load it into the Keyboard Codes searcher (see Menu - Tools) with option "Parsing EFS dumps"

This option will extract all usefull information, including SPC, EVDO logins/passwords, etc. You do not need to Test all 411 found probable SPC codes.
