Hello all,
I would like to get your help on this matter,
I have been having this issue with quit few different phones.
After I do the flash to whichever phone such as Samsung or lg or when i reconnect it again to the PC it shows that unknown device and doesn't open any port.
I'm sure you have had such problem and someone was able to fix it . I need your help please. thanks

something wrong with USB ports where flashing with WS doesnt do any damage

Are you using usb redirector at any point? This happened to me when using usb redirector on the clients pc...the only way I could get the port to work again was completely uninstall usb redirector...Other than that, you do know you have to put the samsung devices back in diag mode sometimes for no apparent reason.

Thanks for your respond. the problem seems to be with the phone after flashing it not with the USB. specifically US Cellular Samsung R270 and some other models. I think phone software get corrupted! Maybe because I'm using Android setting on none android phone? most likely it is but what to do to reset it completely to original factory setting?
