As far as I know the only way you can open this phone is through Verizon. I've search a lot on the subject. JTAG may get you around this activation screen.

samsung verizon phone without signal and sim slot

i have a verizons3 samsung phone, but aince i was here in the philipines, i cant be able to use it.
i want to activate it. but no one dont know how.
can u please help me fix my peoblem.
i just want to use the wifi for internet connection.
