Writing Read-only Values - GSM-Forum

I'm trying to flash a Kyocera Hydro, but every value seems to be read-only. I'm doing everything right, as far as I know, but CDMA Workshop says everything is read-only. The SPC was put in correctly, CDMA Workshop said 'Phone Unlocked,' the phone is in NV-Only mode, etc. What's wrong, and how do I fix it?

Downgrade if possible or get another phone
