hi! I want to buy the service "Irleand O2 Iphone 3gs 4 4s 5 Working IMEI" - please explain me what doesn "Working IMEI" mean. IMEI of that iphone is 012431007343604 - it is not the BlackList. Can I add it to the service?

I think clean imei means "free of liabilities".
