You need to activate it and the card which it accepts, then that is the operator who locked that phone. It is the same like in UK released iPhones..

So, it has to be a Switzerland sim card not anything else, am I right?

i suggest to activate with sim card, which the unlock price cheapest. I suggest swisscom
