Hi! I have a big problem with my a5 2017. I lost the IMEI and the baseband/modem. Solutions?

When I write in the dialer * # 06 # I do not get the word IMEI. Only the serial number and its sequence. No trace of the imei

Flash repair firmware with 4files, latest version and ur baseband will be back.... post model then i can give u ur firmware

well... the recovery say this:

failed map file.
Pd:Same situation,without baseband

your efs folder is probably damaged or deleted i don't think a simple flash of stock rom will fix this in some rare cases it does. I'm currently experiencing the same situation with G950W
