I can only enter download mode but can't flash anything i tried stock , combination and ENG EFS nothing acceptable all give the same error

Hi sir,
The error’s literal significance points out to the fact that:
The phone has been purchased from a given carrier company, under installment payment, so, the full price hasn’t been paid, it’s likely overdue.
The device, in return, gets RMM state protected/prenormal.
So, I would suggest that you leave the phone for 7 consecutive days, unformatted and without reboot, then try flashing fullstock again...
I never dealt with such issues, this is just a suggestion from what I learned

Please friends, I am with a G955F Binario 5, which is with KG STATE: Locked and does not want to record any firmware, I asked for assistance to a technician who said he did this service, but he recorded a custom recovery and the phone turned a brick, he gives the following message : ALL BINARIES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE FLASHED DUE TO KG LOCKED
Is the same problem of the above friend who opened the Topico, please I saw in a tutorial that a boy managed to solve a Note 9 by Heimdall using Linux, this was the following instructions he gave in the video: Easy fix flash command Heimdall with Oreo BL for your device
FOR KG LOCK (NOT ALLOW ANY BINARY TO FLASH) using Heimdall Flash this
Command: Heimdall Flash--keystorage. bin only and then flash this main command after flashing that
For anyone else (KG State Normal, Checking, Prenormal, Blink)
Command: Flash-Heimdall-CM-cm. Bin--Keystorage-keystorage. Bin--RADIO modem. Bin--CP_DEBUG modem_debug. Bin--PARAM param. Bin--BOOTLOADER sboot. Bin--UP_PARAM UP_PARAM. bin
Good luck... Will someone get this file to the SM-G955F Binario 5 (keystorage. Bin)?????

S8 G950F and Note8 N950F are diffrent part of file so keystorage. Bin no need for G950F

If phone is locked to MDM and we don't have access to settings to enable USB debug or developer settings than Chimera will help ? Can Chimera reset KG state or RMM if user don't have access to settings ?

nope

try finding a dialer code or an app that can pull up the usb settings menu..

how did it get mdm locked to begin with? usually its either stolen or not paid off etc.
