There is an application coming on some phones called Custom blocker. It disables Download mode, ADB, Erase all data, Block device admin and other restrictions. Not possible to delete app, download firmware or force download mode with jig. Also not possible to delete device administrator

Any solution paid or free to remove this restriction?

UPDATE: Got some private messages with people selling solution but no one has responded, any solution available at this time?

This is the solution to your problem

You will need to replace your host file to the one that hasn't been previously patched.

How?
-From your previous ROM zip (the one you downloaded) that your are sure ad was not disabled by default
-open the zip
-navigate to /system/etc
-copy the "hosts" file somewhere on your phone
-using a root capable file manager/explorer e.g root explorer or solid explorer (free).
-navigate to /system/etc on your phone.
-rename hosts to hosts.back
-copy your new host file to /system/etc
-set permissions (puff your new host file you just posted) to rw-r-r (644)
-exit your file manager
-reboot phone

No ADB enable possible & No Download mode possible so can't root phone.

Any update for this problem? I have tried few things and also contacted people who private messaged me. Nothing working at the moment.

Its basically MDM on phone that I am unable to remove

is there any way to disable custom blocker or remove it, i can not root the phone cause the phone is not booting in download mode

Root your phone and remove this application by using titanium backup its easy but try at your own risk.

But after doing this your warranty is void
