Downgrade G930F (S7) From 8.0 to 7.0 - GSM-Forum

Hey Guys , I was wondering if you could help me , I "accidentally" upgraded to android 8 (Oreo) on my Galaxy s7 (G930F), and was wondering if there is a way for me to downgrade from Oreo to Nougat ? or are you working on a Cert Patch for 8.0 ? I did download a Binary from your repository it was called "COMBINATION_FA60_G930FXXU2ARA2" and it boots into it but I cannot flash anything other than 8.0. Please let me know if you have any solution to the issue. Thank you in Advance.

enter your phone to recovery mode then check the binary level. Donload the same or higher binary firmware 7.0 and flash it.

for exemple : G930FXXU1DQB7 the device binary is 1.

Flash with this firmware after flash hard reset otherwise ur phone hang on logo or unfortunantly stopped.

Its possible patch with Octoplus Box latest version only. Not possible Downgrade Binary 1 from Binary 2. And Binary 2 patch support only Octoplus Box.My provided firmware can downgrade from 8.0 to 7.0.

Unfortunately I only have the z3x box , can you please explain to me how did you know what firmware to use to downgrade
