Activation after hard reset

1: connect to wifi then go back to the first screen

tap accessibility

tap talkback and make it on

touch screen will start hanging because of the voice u will have to tap twice

in my case i reboot the phone and once you go to accessibility a message will pop asking you to download languages

click yes

samsung appstore should come up

click I agree

click free install

it will ask for samsung id update click yes and wait until counts 1/100

click install again and this time it will ask you to create new id or sign in

sign in if you have an ID or create new. one i created new download started, I cancelled the download and went to first screen to disbale the accessiblity talk back


go back to first screen and behold, your new id will show in the sign in screen

just put password and your phone is activated.


go to security and disable the reactivation lock.

I finally been able to solve it. It's a little tricky, you don't need any box to solve it. SM-G361H finally solved.

Yes, sure. Actually, I've returned that phone to customer. I'll explain what I remember. I've tested it on SM-G361H
enter accessibility
google text-to-speech (setting icon)
go to install voice data after select language
press top right corner
select open source licenses
some text will show up
press and hold on the text then search icon will appear on the right top corner
press search and enter settings
Setting app will come up
Tap setting and setting menu will come up
here is a tricky thing
make sure wifi is connected
setting menu go to application manager
look for google now or google app Uninstall it.
Disable google play store
Disable google framework
Disable google services
next go to account add account this time it will let you add a google account.
Then sync your account
Next remove your account.
Then factory reset your phone from settings.

Wola, your done.
