SuperSU SR3 alone won't work as Android 7.0 has Anti Root.

You need these two tools: Root Tools | GalaxyS7Root.com
You can root with Magisk or you might be able to use SuperSU instead. I know Magisk won't cause boot loop though and with anti-root removal, Samsung won't remove it.

flash latest TWRP and from wipe select Format Data after Format Data go back hit Reboot select Recovery and after reboot install SuperSu 2.82 (from sd card or OTG) it will boot normal...
