I have G950F this devices has been associated with an enterprise or an organisation in the past. Further use of this device will need an internet connection. Please connect to a wi fi or data network.

The phone enters download and recovery.

Any valid solution please?

try to flash combination
factory reset
than flash normal firmware

if not you need to buy mdm unlock file if nobody shares it

and if i will buy mdm unlock file, can i flash it with odin or z3x?

Yes you can flash it with anything. Most of them are just CM partitions in a Tarball. Odin knows what to do with them.
