i have galaxy note 8 with retail mode and custom blocker i did enablle usb but i can not enable oem can any one help me pplzzz

did you mean custom blocker for getting to the download mode?
I only remove the retail mode and the MDM with the phone with download mode accessed,

if you can get into the download mode, flash the phone to the combination,

make sure you got the phones' binary,

Same here - NO DOWNLOAD.
Reset done, OEM unlock enabled but still cannot boot to download mode.
Thinks it's on latest security build - g955fxxu1aql5

What next after combination flashed ?

Enable oem ? Root ? Twrp ? Custom rom ? Remove or freeze custom blocker app by command ?
