is there any way to software issue to fix. hard reset is not a good way. please advise how to fix with software.

I downgrade my Samsung I747 from 4.4.2 to 4.3 and notice that my IMEI number is NULL/NULL. How to repair this because all of the flash firmware fail with errors.

write again 4.4.2 and you imei back ;) , don't downgrade why get IMEI NULL! :D

if u want root 4.4.2 devices use Towellroot apk from Geohot or KingRoot last versin ;)

if you have Octopus do repair efs and repair write new imei or correctly imei for this job need root

Use Z3x with latest samsung tool and repair imei.
