Galaxy S4 (Samsung I537) Android 4.4.2 can't enter unlock code

Hi,

Anybody has any idea on how to enter the unlock codes on I537
Android 4.4.2 locked on AT&T? (AP: I537UCUCNE3. CP: I537UCUCNE3. CSC: I537ATTCNE3)

Normal methods and all alternative methods don't work
(all methods mentioned in How to enter unlock & unfreeze codes in my Samsung? are tried including the alternative methods)

I've done some searching and seems more people have exact same problem.

Anybody any idea?

Try this method:

1. Turn Samsung SGH I537 with a card not accepted by the device, that is another operator (if the card has no PIN to enter it).
2. The phone should ask unlock code.
3. When prompted for the unlock code (unlock code or network code or nck code) must enter the NCK / Network code and press OK.
! Sometimes the NCK code does not work! In this situation, you need to enter Unfreeze / Defreeze code and press OK ("incorrect code" will appear) and then enter the NCK code and press OK ("correct code" will appear).
4. The phone is already released.

If Samsung SGH I537 does not ask for unlock code or no screen appears to enter you must:
1. Turning Samsung SGH I537 with a card not accepted by the device, that is another operator (if the card has no PIN to enter it).
2. Set one of the two sequences:
# 7465625 * 638 * NCK / Network # code or * # 7465625 * 638 * NCK / Network # code
3. The phone is already released.

If the device does not ask for unlock code or any screen to enter you must:
1. Turning Samsung SGH I537 with a card not accepted by the device, that is another operator (if the card has no PIN to enter it).
2. Enter the combinations below:
# 0199 * Unfreeze / Defreeze #
# 0111 * NCK / Network #
# 0121 * SCK / Subprovider #
# 0133 * SPCK / Provider #
3. The phone is already unlocked.

: If after entering the codes, the phone error code, resetealo after card should work with other operator!

#UPDATE 08/2014 --

Has anybody got an update on which method to unlock the phone via CMD menu? I had reached the Peso Off/On Section, however, Peso Off is missing in build 4.4.2 and it only lists Peso Info and Rat Free Supporting ON

It is quite unacceptable that nobody has found a new CMD workaround for this build. I want to unlock this through my phone only. So whats up about this?
