i sove this in gt i8262 root yout device and install root explorer go to efs/factorymode/text/ edited/ on /// done 100 percent regard adnanraj

1st open bst tool slect model i8262 and then exit factroy mode yor problem solve 1000%

reset efs with spt box than repair imei your problem solved

i face this problem. it is easy to solve. just download tested file and flash with repartition.
