Help Flashin Imei for Samsung Galaxy S (i1900) - GSM-Forum

Hi, I brought galaxy s from a third party who promptly got the handset blacklisted! So my question is: Is there a program out there that can change the Imei of this phone, or is it possible to change the imei manually using HEX Editor?

i dont know about hex but i did it by Z3X with write patch.
try with Z3X.
