hello,

I cant hard reset my samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830i. I tried everything (power+homebutton+Volume up, power+homebutton, power+volume down, power+volume up, everything). The Phone starts up and asks for the pattern, but i dont have it and also the google account.

Someone?

plz check Ur device if Ur device is

S5830 without (i) so try this method
press and hold home button and power until u see samsung logo then relase the button
should see recovery screen menu then choose wipe data

but if ur device is S5830i with (i) then u have to use this method
press and hold volume up + home + power button until see samsung logo then recovery screen and do like what i explained before
hope if methods work for u
