Why not you try hua tool..can reset locks with Boot.img patch.and without data loss..you can search support

Try this

In order to remove Password or PIN lock of Samsung phone without data loss, then you can take help of Samsung “Find My Mobile” service:

Here how to do it:

Login to your Samsung Account
Click on Lock My Screen option located on the left side.
Enter new PIN and click on Lock button placed at the bottom.

Within one or two minutes of time this will change the existing password with the new PIN that you have just entered.

You can now use that PIN to unlock your Samsung phone.
