Member: 554699 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 52 | Yes, depending on what ROM version you're on. 4.4.2 and below is rootable easily via towelroot. 4.4.4...not sure yet, but I think we can use the same root method as described below on G900V (Verizon S5). Rooting steps for G900V running on 4.4.4: 1) install towelroot 2) downgrade kernel to NCG via ODIN 3) connect to wifi then run towelroot 4) update firmware NK2 via ODIN 5) install supersu and busybox You will need to find equivalent kernels for the N900V to give the above steps a try. |

Member: 554699 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 52 | A few users at xdadevelopers confirm this root method works on the Verizon Note 4 (SM-N910V), Note Edge (SM-N915V), AT&T Note 4 (SM-N910A), and AT&T Node Edge (SM-N915V my assumption on the AT&T Note Edge). There are some concerns about possible unknown data collection. So use at your own discretion.
