how to solve this G7102..no service - GSM-Forum

from other cp shop

they gave me this unit to repair

they says it is only OPENLINE or NETWORK LOCK PROBLEM

but sad to say..

NO SERVICE and EMERGENCY CALL ONLY

..i'd check baseband..ok
then i check imei.. it is different on screen
and on the back of the batery..
maybe the other shop replace new imei..

then i found out this

type *#0011#

NETWORK: BLOCKED
IMEI Certi: (M)FAIL,-4(S)FAIL

i do only have Z3X BOX..

how to repair this??
