I bought this phone in china. I live in Belgium/europe.

Everything works fine except for the mobile data connection.

then I went to search on the internet and I found several webpages saying that SM-N9006 are for chinese China/WCDMA system ?

In europe we use GSM standard I believe. Can somebody confirm me this that they have sent me phone for chinese/usa market ?

model is SM-N9006 N9006ZCUBMI3

I can call with the phone but not mobile data.

Very strange. Reactivation Lock is in:
Settings> General> Security > Reactivation Lock "
Flashing your phone via ODIN or KIES is simple, just find the firmware you need to flash specifically for this phone.
