but the set is not water damage ,this one is fresh new,

i check all pcb,,,clean ,but not succes,,

may be i am doing some thing wrong

i'm sure that you have a damaged emmc ....can't mount or format and this stop your phone to boot .... the only solution is to flash a custom kernel like ClockworkMod Recovery 5.0.2.6
Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites!
Open Odin
Choose "GT-I9003_CWM_5.0.2.6.tar" as PDA
Boot your Device into Download Mode (Vol Down + Home + Power)
Connect your Device via USB
Hit "Start" Button

Flash the phone with a modded firmware from sdcard ....but the internal memory will not work ......

Reboot into Recovery
Install the ROM from sdcard using ClockworkMod Recovery

I fixed my i9003 using this method

links are working i have just checked them but remeber it's only a trmporary solution to revive the phone ...you will not be able to install market app and an other thing keep you phone powered on if you reboot or power off it will wipe all data except what on the memeory card

use odin 1.85 not 1.82 i think it will solve ur problem Odin 1.85 by sawgent.rar and version 2.3.4 Hotfile.com: One click file hosting: I9003JPKP5.rar support arabic language
