dear friend ,plz correct me,

i add this file as pda,,and flash after

re connect in download mode, and
the file that is given in the link,,i download and put it in the mmc

from device i instal this file from sdcard
but not instal

plz correct me,

what to do, step by step

ok 1st download all files ...
2nd put phone on download mode and open odin and select GT-I9003_CWM_5.0.2.6.tar as pda the flash ....
3th enter phone to recovery mode by vol up + home + power
4th wipe cache / data /
and chose update from sdcard the select the update.zip
wait until it finish the wipe cash again and voila you revived ur phone but u must use a hc ( hight capacity ) sdcard to store yoyr app/files/photos etc ...

but remember you must avoid turning off your mobile if not the device will reset all data except from memory card

Choose "GT-I9003_CWM_5.0.2.6.tar" as PDA
Boot your Device into Download Mode (Vol Down + Home + Power)
Connect your Device via USB
Hit "Start" Button

Flash the phone with a modded firmware from sdcard ....but the internal memory will not work ......

Install the ROM from sdcard using ClockworkMod Recovery

Thanks man, I tried everything but could not get rid of phone password even after ticking re-partition and different firmwares.
Your method worked for me. I guess my phone internal storage is corrupted.

Dont lost yor times problem is hardware ******* internal memory is corupted or damaged

i try al know and unknow trick mobile worck fine but after restar if worcking then camera dont work.............

other is firmware problem '' kernel" just flash it but some case you have msg " kernel panic download mode"

but as i know this this hardware problem 100%
