load only pda+phone+csc, press flash
(don't tick repartition)

otherwise use one file package like I9100JPLPF_I9100OJPLPC_I9100XXLPX_HOME.tar.md5
flash it as pda, don't use pit file

If it can help then reinstall the drivers

as i said mate i have tried with different pda files,without partition,with partition,single files like pda modem csc pit but no luck

If you have tried

Different pit files
Different firmwares

Then I would try to root the device, and try a custom rom

And post results mate

now its too late but you must had try to repair boot with jtag then full flash with jtag
