i replaced EMMC ic i9300 phone working.when i connect charger or usb say "battery disconncted".

Sometimes I have same problems vith U506.
Some times after replace emmc I got no service, phone unknown. Are you replaced UCP300?

u506 problem, not charging, phone unknown, and your phone not detect on PC.
what do you mean for no service? no imei?
can you show me the picture of the board without emmc?

U506 check battery status, phone powered via battery or via jig. So, sometimes after replace emmc, we have problem with u506, need replace too.

u have spt ? then

1 flash the phone I9300XXALEF
2 write EFS
3 root the phone (support area)
4 press SPT MODE
5 press FACTORY MODE (UART cable).
