i have same problem before after replace sdcard. try to re-balls the ic. (green)

Sometimes I have same problems vith U506.
Some times after replace emmc I got no service, phone unknown. Are you replaced UCP300?

u506 problem, not charging, phone unknown, and your phone not detect on PC.
what do you mean for no service? no imei?
can you show me the picture of the board without emmc?

the ucp300 responsible for that. may be your temp is to high.
that's why i want o see the pattern of your board. show me the picture.

U506 check battery status, phone powered via battery or via jig. So, sometimes after replace emmc, we have problem with u506, need replace too.

u have spt ? then

1 flash the phone I9300XXALEF
2 write EFS
3 root the phone (support area)
4 press SPT MODE
5 press FACTORY MODE (UART cable).
