imei certi fail. need a guide and your help

Hello to all, l hope I arrive to the right place
I bought a MG900T galaxy s5 locked from T-MOBILE and I neeed a code to open it.
I changed the rom and the imei number changed because of that.
(*#06# has show different imei then the imei that write in the sticker on the back
Of my device)
When I so that the imei has changed I didn't know what to do so i changed the rom again and the imeI
Return back (*#06# show now the same imei as the imei that write in the sticker on the back Of my device) but the problem is that I can't make a phone call
I get a message that says "not connected to network" when I try to make a phone call.
The WIFI and the BT are working great.
I discover that the imei is FAIL
When I type in my phone *#0011# I see on the last 2 line

IMEI Certi: FAIL, -4

UNKNOWN

How can I resolve this issue?

Please help me I’m desperate

Thanks in advance
