1. Start again, flash combination, restart in recovery mode, wipe data, wipe cache.
2. Flash unlock firmware
3. Connect phone, open unlock tool, write password , process start.
3. When the phone reboots, unplug it from the phone wait 30 seconds and plug it back.
4. Wait for the process to finish and put the phone in download mode.
5. Flash stock rom and done.
P.S. I tries this method quite a few time until the files were uploaded to the phone.

I hope this works for you.

after flashing combination file reset not needed just dail *#0808# and choose dm+adb option save setting then flash unlock file. then go ahead with setp 3 onward

thanks, worked for me.
1. flashed unlocked J327T_J327T1_Rev1_Unlock_Rom
2. dialed *#0808# and chose dm+acm+adb option
3. run J327T-T1_Unlock_Tool,rebooted automatically into download mode after 2 or 3 minutes
4. flashed stock J327TUVU1AQK6 (same stock rom i had on it before procedure)
5. profit?
