hello to all members i have samsung j700f wich stuck in loop second loop and also system app is crashing 2-3 app are crashing and FRP is On i want to fix it without data loss Data is Contacts How to flash samsung j700f without data loss using Z3x partition skip method i want to know that which partition contains userdata because i want to skip it and which partition do i need to select to save my contacts thanks

If you flash Single File firmware, it will not wipe device... It will update the device...

try booting in safe mode... (re-attach battery hit power button and after 4-5 seconds Hold Volume Down until device boots)...if it works backup your data...
