Which firmware are you trying to flash? I think your are trying a N9500ZC firmware.

Please try https://www. s a m m o b i l e . c o m/firmwares/galaxy-note8/SM-N9500/TGY/download/N9500ZHS4CRH1/232376 and post results. (Delete spaces from URL)

im trying to flash the hong kong version,it doesnt take any of the others,and as far as i understand there is no combo file for the n9500zh version,can anyone help????

y dont u just use crom.apk to unlock the bootloader
