P3100 no sound while playing music like in handsfree mode - GSM-Forum

hello, i have p3100 no sound while playing music or application. no sound on earpiece while make phone call, but have sound when we put call on speaker phone. like if it is in handfree mode. anybody have solution for this problem. i already change hansfree flexible and charging connector but no luck
