SHV-E120S Has a Strange Problem
It receives incoming Calls , Runs USSD Codes & Also Internet Working
but Only thing is Cannot Make Outgoing Calls!

Tried >>>Change Working Sim card
did Hard Reset
Wrote new Firmware
Repaired NVM

EXPERTS PLEASE HELP TO SOLVE THIS!!

Updated To Jelly Bean, But no luck

(SAME PROBLEM UNABLE MAKE OUTGOING CALLS)

Can -Send/Receive SMS
-Get Incoming Call
-Browse Internet
-Wifi Working
-
Any other solutions??
