Possible solution
I am tired

re-flash with 5.0 then downgrade without bt-loader
re-flash with 5.0 modem

it is not firmware problem...!But failed to Mount EFS/Cache partition..!
just try to write Default EFS with SPT Box,your problem May solve...

otherwise you have to replace Emmc.
