Member: 2421100 Status: Offline Sonork: adjie-id Thanks Meter: 0 | the problem with ClockWorkMod Recovery let me take you to the problem. i have GALAXY STAR DUOS (GT-S5282).. and i've rooted my phone.. when i installing the cwm, i have a problem with CWM. and in the third installation, it has been installed. and i was rooted my phone. but 3 days ago, i want to BACKUP and install the Cusrom of GT-S5282. but, cwm can't install it. it says "Signature Verification Failed" why? what should i do, to do it work?? anyone can help me? thanks advance.. "sorry if i go to wrong forum." |

Member: 861795 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1,275 | dunno what steps actually you have done but lets make it clear autoroot file ex. cfautoroot is not recovery, it just patches kernel and installs supersu binaries... so make sure you have installed CWM recovery after autoroot... most common issue that users have is they mix stock recovery with cwm recovery... below i attached sample pictures: (Devices may vary not S5282) Stock Recovery: CWM Recovery: TWRP Recovery: If you are definetly sure you are on CWM Recovery make sure: 1. your download is complete, check md5 2. make sure your custom rom has boot.img in zip file 3. toggle signature verification in CWM menu if you trust the source (can cause brick) I attached CWM Recovery below, flash it via Odin: CWM 6.0.3.7 for GT-S5282 and GT-S5280: drive.google.com - recovery.tar.md5 |
