ADB isn't enabled by default, like it normally is with an eng kernel. You don't happen to have one of those versions, do you? Trying to bypass a screen lock so obviously can't enable adb manually

not Worked For Add Languge
For Add Languge You Need Downgrade To 5.1.1 and flash root mount system
