In fact ... if you do not know user PW and FRP account data you CANNOT do it via cable / keypad.

If the userdata are SO IMPORTANT - then eMMC readout will help you - open phone and dump eMMC. After this you can follow my old manual about ( Galaxy S3 is example unit ).
